1989 Degree in Law from the University of Macerata, discussing a thesis in Civil Law with final grade of 110/110 with honors.
1993 Member of the Bar Association.
1995 Specialization in trade union, labor and social security law, with a
final mark of 70/70 with praise.
1995 Founding Member of the Borgiani Parisella e Associati Law Firm.
1999-2008 National Councilor of A.I.G.A., Italian Association of Young Lawyers,
as well as Founding Member and Secretary of the Macerata Section.
2003 Master in European and comparative law at the University of Macerata,
with full marks.
2006 Enrolled in the Cassation Lawyers Register.
2000-2010 Member of the Macerata Bar Association.
2011-2014 President of the Macerata Civil Chamber, member of the Union of Civil Chambers.

He loves to travel.
He is passionate about art (ancient, modern and contemporary), music (Rock, Jazz, Classical), theater and literature (especially fiction, both Italian and foreign).
Practice different sports including skiing, volleyball and swimming.
He is a member of the Macerata Rotary Club, where he served as Secretary during the year 2016-2017, as Vice President in 2017/2018 and as President of the Commission Rotary Foundation in 2018/2019.
