THE LAW FIRM

HISTORY

The firm was founded in 1947 by Bruno Borgiani, an estimated and accomplished attorney who practised the legal profession with prestige and compelling strength at the Bar of Macerata.
In the 80’s, Bruno Borgiani was joined and succeeded by his son Guglielmo, who continued his father’s practice, enlarging the firm’s facility, increasing its clientele and blowing a wind of modernity and innovation with his particular propensity for information technology, though maintaining the classical setting given by his father.
In the early 90’s the firm was joined by Paolo Parisella, who contributed to increase its competences and activity.

In 1995, Guglielmo Borgiani and Paolo Parisella entered into partnership, establishing a professional association, subsequently extended to Elisabetta Bovari and Renato Fortuni, who gave further impulse to the growth and the achievement of the firm.
Currently the firm, composed of fifteen attorneys and co-workers, operates on the national and international market, with the support of an organisation that is able to provide global assistance to its clientele in the various practice areas.
