Born in Avellino on April 29, 1995.
Single.
2014 Classical High School Diploma.
From September 2018 to November 2018, he completed an Erasmus Traineeship at a law firm in Ireland.
From January 2019 to March 2019, he did an internship at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Macerata.
In February 2019, he participated in the Winter School, organized by Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, in German and European Business Law.
In April 2019, he was a finalist and co-winner as best speaker in the local moot court competition organized by Elsa Camerino and Elsa Macerata.
Since April 2019, he has been writing legal articles for Il Chiasmo, an online portal of Treccani.
In October 2019, he obtained a single-cycle master’s degree in Law from the University of Macerata, discussing a thesis in private law on the implications of artificial intelligence and automation in civil liability, graduating with honors (110/110 cum laude).
In September 2020, he obtained a diploma from the School of Advanced Studies of the University of Macerata in the Social Sciences class, presenting a thesis on the civil law implications of the precautionary principle.
In December 2020, he attended an advanced training course titled “The regulation of robotics & AI in Europe: legal, ethical, and economic implications” at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa.
In January 2021, he earned a second-level master’s degree in Business Crisis Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, discussing a thesis on the admissibility of clawback actions in liquidation proceedings, with honors (110/110 cum laude).
He is the author of scientific publications for online journals in civil and commercial law.
He is the author of the chapter “Artificial Intelligence and Smart Manufacturing Industries: Liability Issues in a de iure condito and de iure condendo Perspective between Industrial Machinery and Autonomous Driving” in the collective work titled “Artificial Intelligence: Legal Profiles”, Cleup 2022.
He is also the author of the chapter “Sponsorship and Product Placement Contracts” in the collective work titled “Influencer Marketing. Law and Best Practices in 4.0 Commercial Communication”, Lex Iuris Editore 2023.
Since November 2021, he has been a subject expert in Commercial and Intellectual Property Law at the Department of Economics and Law of the University of Macerata.
He joined Studio Borgiani Parisella in 2019.
